Matching tulle waist sash that ties in back (side ribbon stays for keeping it in place). Skirt has 'loose' flower petals all around with matching sash. This is a beautiful dress, well made and looks very pretty on, with the skirt coming down to about ankle height, and the petals can be arranged at the bottom as desired.. The only drawback is the size ranges are broad, so for my skinnier kids they're fairly loose in the bodice.This looked adorable on my 5 year old granddaughter, who wore it for Easter. She especially liked the way it "twirled."It 's too beautiful . I loved itPERFECTWOW BEAUTIFUL DRESS!!!
